Editable Flash Video Player?
Ok, basically what im after is a free, editable flash video player.
I have designed an interface, and just need an open source player, to base my player off of.
It'll load videos for example, mpeg4, and allow the user to control them on the page - same as youtube etc
If theres a better way of doing this ( I assume custom interface = flash in this case) then feel free to speak up!

You could try building one yourself using the Flash Video components.

Hmm looks good, got any other suggestions?
I really dont know any actionscript, all I really wanted was an swf file to edit, change the images used for each button and that was it.
Tricky stuff.

Well at first, do you want a static or a dynamic player? Like, do you want a video player that can load different videos depending on the URL or off an XML Feed, or a static video player that plays the same thing over and over?

Well than if you're using Flash MX 2004 or higher, you can just import a video file and Flash will generate a FLV player for you. However, you cannot make your own skin that way. Making a custom FLV player can take some time, I'll see if I can get a quick demo up for you.
