Ahh. Have you got your timezone in the usercp set correctly? The times on the forum should be converted to your timezone.

About the message problem, I know. I'll scour the admincp and see if there is a fix. I have a feeling it's a skin issue, but I'm not sure.

You can always PM people rather than add a visitor message

Why do you need the time on the forum? You have a clock on your desktop, no? It's doable but I'm not sure whether it'll just cramp up the navbar.

Regarding the avatar thing, yes, you are right. I haven't got FTP access (yet or may never have) so I'll bring it up with the boss.
