Adsense and Bidvertiser?

I am using adsense, but I want to use something else at the same time. Bidvertise pays right to paypal which is good, but the ads that it posts on my site shows no relevance.. any other ppc networks that work with adsense?

This is my problem as well. I haven't been able to get adsense, but the bidvertiser ads are junk. They pay great per click, but there are only a certain number of people looking for RX Online, and even less that are on my forums.
