Pay per Download

Hey all.

I need to know, if anyone could possibly do this and how much.

I need a script/website set up (coded from .psd) so that:

- Users register to create an account.
- Members (registered users) can then upload their file(s) to sell.
- Files will be listed in the categorie they have chosen, buyers then search the categorie appropriate to what they need, and can then purchase a file. Once paid, they recieve an INSTANT download link, but can't share it for the protection of the files.
- Different categories set up, so buyers can choose which categorie to upload their file to.
-Search (so users can instantly search through all files which are relevant to what they're looking for)
-Paypal payment system to begin with, expandable to other methods if required.

That's the main structure i'd need, hopefully you can see what I mean.

Extra:

- Feedback system, just like eBay's, where buyers can leave the seller they've purchased from Feedback. (Not Vice Versa, sellers don't leave buyers feedback.)
- Featured Items, again like eBays, sellers pay an extra fee to have their item displayed in an featured item area which rotates through each featured item.

I know it's a big request, and at this instant i'm not looking for anyone to do it. But i'd like to know if there is anyone who can, and how much they're looking for it. I do NOT have a design .psd to provide right now, though if anyone really is capable I believe this should not really matter.

If someone can do it (Examples welcome) and can quote a price, I will keep you in mind to contact when I do need it done.

To what quality could you do this? I need this to be as proffesional and secure as possible. Though i'm not quite expecting eBay standards, I do expect resistant system which will be used by many people.

OOP = Object Orientated Programming =]
Latest PHP phase, very useful and a great addition, I know Xi0s can also do OOP.

I dont get the linking system. Do you want it so that once the user has paid he/she will get a download link. once the file has been downloaded the link is disabled?

anyways, I can do this project for $1000 (50% upfront). This estimate includes the following:

-Full Site Layout PSD with valid xhtml/css coding.
-Full site programming done in VB.NET using .net framework 2.0.
-One year windows hosting with custom controls, and components.
-6 month support on site, with additional feature additions.

Note: Since I am not a designer, I will be outsourcing to a company for the design, and coding. You will be in direct contact with this company, and once your happy, they will send the files to me.

Seems my quote was fairly succinct compared to others so ill expand.

$850 is for a full secure OOP coded site with full template engine, full auto install script (so it has a visual installer, like professional board systems like phpBB and vBulletin). It also includes real security, and full protection against hackers, and protection for average users, which is so essential when money is involved. I find it amazing that ther is a quote of $200 on the board, but i like to see everyone else followed around my quote and not his, as $850 is what this job is worth for the coding.

This does not include design, but for an extra $150 a fully layered psd from my partner would be included, and a full working package. For this project i would expect between 40-50% up front, due to its size, im willing to compromise on this.
