I do a section of the HTML, then write the CSS for it. Checking each section in the major browsers as I go. Its quite easy to do when you have two monitors.

I have two monitors, i need to get a splitter though, as I cba switching to my 360 and back to my pc all the time right now it is just being used for the 360.
