You have a choice out of 25 premade templates that I own rights over, and I can customize it to a certain degree (logo, icons, and other edits to the code)
I will install any mod that you'd like, or that you've seen on the forum.

I'll also be building the content and the structure of the site, I will get you the users that you'll need to start your community and over 500 posts.

This will all be completed within 4 days, and you will recieve a definite:
150 users (all from different ip's that'll most likely post and be interested in the content of your site)
500 posts (this is a rough guest, but I'm pretty dam sure I can get you this in the second day)

vBulletin, IPB, phpbb3, phpbb2, CMS, SMF is what I'm doing.
