The update made it look wonderful as the first one was really boring but still the update needs more wonderful effects before it can be coded and sold(if you are planning).Anyways good luck

I like the navbar, and the rollovers are unique that's always a plus in my books.
Looks good, as for suggestions to the updated one, i'd maybe down the size of the content font 1pt or 2pts might make it so the text isn't so, "in your face".

Yeah, the text size should be smaller. I think it looks better with this update.

You really need to find a way to bring colour into the design (weather it be through icons/images, text, adding to the colour scheme) just something. One colour on it's own just isn't enough.

I was trying for Anthony's (MicroVisuals.com) style since everyone loves his design work. Once I get home I will try and add some color.
