Umm, he wants people to buy links on a site where the purpose of it is to increase PR, however he's advertising it and the site doesn't work the way it's supposed to.

Apology from me for going hard on you there just got a little angry. But let's say I wanted to open a site such as this what would be a way of advertising with a 0 PR . It is to increase your PR but not only! It's also to advertise your site.

I think the site is great but i don't like the login and signup links with that white background - it doesnt do them any justice.
