How do you achieve this with css?
I would like to know how to achive the rollovers used at www.conflict-media.com
The navigation, when you rollover it turns green, im not bothered about the bold effect just the green.
If anyone could tell me that would be great.. thanks.

Clearing your cache will sort the problem with IE, temporarily.
If you want a permanent solution, switch browsers or wait for IE7 (I'm assuming they have fixed their cache bug in IE7)
