Best place to find freelance designers?
What's the best place to find freelance designers, professional, besides this forum ofcoarse hehe.
I already rules out WebHostingTalk, ELance, Guru.com, and definetely definetely not Yaxay...yuck.
Anybody have ideas? I need professionalism. Beyond professional.

I was thinking about starting a website exclusively for graphic designers and coders. A place where they can put their resume and work and have people search through them. Think it would work out well?

A good site to post auctions and such is scriptlance. The designers are pretty talented most of the time.

Thanks for the links, I will post my project here as well, it is quite a project so I would need the best, and my budget is quite expandable.
Yaxay is filled with kids, I mean kids as in 10 years old to 14. Not that there is something wrong with that, but they are immature, don't care how they treat clients, and will do work for any price, even $5 they'll design your entire site. It is just a strange environment, you'll see, just join and spend a few days on the forums and then come back to these forums and you'll see the difference.
