I replied to your other post before replying to this one, but I will reply again since this one is more complete.
Maybe not use so many grids.
You might want to make the text on the menu buttons a little lighter. I can't really read them well.

Make clearer buttons - Use a brighter text
- Use the rounded rectagnle tool and get smoother shapes
- Try making the buttons - triangle, sqaure, etc - out of the pen tool so they don't look so shoppy
- You don't need so many grids. Using it in the header is enough.
- Use your space wisely. Why is your menu box so wide? The widest word mayve fills 1/3 of the width.
- Line things up. Your boxes on the left cover more space vertically then your content box, and your online user's box is 80% of the width.
- Be more creative with your text. Use different styles for titles, maybe use bullets for your menu, etc
- Take off anti aliasing for any text that won't be an image - content most importantly. It affects how you gage sizing. The text will take up more room than it shows there.
- Spell check: Whoes = Who's | downlaods = Downloads

First time or not, failing to check that everything is done well (including spelling. I've seen titles spelled wrong before) just shows lazieness.
Why argue instead of starting good habbits before developing bad ones?
Rounded recanle tool is in the samespot as the rectangle tool. eithe rright click the rectangle tool, or click and hold, and a sub menu should appear. It'll be a rectangle with rounded corners.
In your psd, select the same colour, and just play with the corner intensities until they match closely to what you have. It'll look much cripser.
