vBSEO?

I have heard a lot of good things about this product, http://www.vbseo.com/ for helping your pages get crawled faster and indexed. I see there is something close to this on here with the main forums with the full name in the url but not with the specific topics.

What would you guys recommend as $149.00 is a bit much I think.

I would recommend something in the $120 - $130 price range!
