vB data error? help please?

Can someone tell me what this means, and what I can do to remedy the problem?

I don't either, but I recieved that in an email...

You received that error because MySQL failed to start on your server. It could have been for a brief moment, but the message was a result of somebody trying to access your forum and encountering a mysql error.
