Really nice template, i doubt you'll get the price you're asking for, people on here nowadays are after everything rock bottom. I wouldn't go any lower, your work isn't worth any lower so why bother? If it doesn't sell, it doesn't sell just keep relisting it and there will be the right buyer sometime.
If i had use for it, i would snap it up. All the best and nice to see you again.
