  Old  Need Coding / Wordpress Help

http://www.juliov.com/

So i bought the Mint Choc Theme from BlogCut.com, the coding and design are spectacular, and i Bazza was very fast response wise. My ONLY complaint is i need to widen it to decrease the length of content and to allow the posting of ad banners in the content.

How would i go about doing so?

Thanks ahead of time.

Best of luck editing the theme Juliov. As you were one the first people from TF to buy a theme from me if you can't manage to edit it to fit your needs you can contact me and I'll exchange it for one of the other two themes currently on BlogCut if you wish (seeing as they could both fit banners in the post areas).

In the css, change:

Code:
#contentwrap
{
position: relative;
margin: auto;
width: 776px;
background: #DED8CA url(img/page_bg.gif) left repeat-y;
}
To:
Code:
#contentwrap
{
position: relative;
margin: auto;
width: 888px;
background: #DED8CA url(img/page_bg.gif) left repeat-y;
}

Whoah, oops. [x

When I tried it with Firefox Web Developer extension it disabled most images and such, so I didn't know it did that.

I'm on MSN all day tomorrow if you need any help with it.

Yep the change depends upon how the template is coded...if it is normal, then you can do it by simply changing the content area...in css.
But If you are using any pic file to fix the size of content area & sidebars, then you'll need to edit that image file, too.
