How much is salary in your city.
I want to know how much is salary in your city?
For novice designer. For middle level designer. For top designer. For middle level manager. For JAVA programmer.
In small desing company or in big publishing house. Without or with hight education and etc.
I interested about NewYork, London, Paris, Stockholm, Toronto and other cities.
I mean salary per month after some taxes.

There are never really any set salaries, it's dependant on skill level and what a company thinks you're worth. Although, for a rough estimate and going by jobs I've applied for I can answer a few of your questions.
London,
Junior Designer: £16,000 - £18,000 annual salary
Intermediate Designer: £21,000 - £23,000 annual salary
Senior Designer - £25,000 annual salary and above + benefits (usually)
That is very rough, depending on the company they will value you above that pay scale or below. But that is something to aim for. You're looking at 2-3years experience in the industry here to become an intermediate designer and maybe 5-6years for a senior. Of course it also depends on your skill level and knowledge.

Check out the salary survey at http://marketing.dice.com/rateresults/fte.asp
I think the IT field is too varied to give a conclusive salary estimate. Most employers are looking for other highly particular experience in other areas as well as with Java.
