can any one tell how to use form

if i am giving input value as "text"
and if the user type some text where the value will save and how acess this value using html or some other language?

Oh, this is using PHP/MySQL. The only part of it that is HTML is the form itself and the parsed code when it's spit out from the MySQL database.
