Somethings loading and I can't tell what

Hello, new to the site with a question. I built a site for a client (that will be released within the next few days) and for some reason the site continues to load something after it is displaying all that it should. My progress bar in IE starts to run looking for something but I can't determine what.

Let me know if this question is a little vague I'll try to explain more.
