File/Image Hosting Script

I am looking for free and premium. I would love to have a service that is free but you may also buy a premium membership I am looking for File Hosting and Image Hosting seperate scripts if they can come together that is perfect. I am not looking for a custom script I do not have the money to invest in it BUT if a friend of mine says yes to being a partnership then i'll invest in a custom script. I suck at using those free site searching for the scripts I dont know the right terms or the catergory that the script would reside in.
