require xhtml/css coding - budget: $100

i have 1 home page and 5 identical sub pages (very similair to the home page)
i require these to be coded into xhmtl/css

require cross browser compatibility and clean code etc

must be able to start asap. if you have any previous work examples online please mention it in your PM
