Hiring a Designer

I am currently looking for a web designer for my clients site. My budget is fairly flexible, need 1+4 pages designed.

I am looking to get this job done in next few days and have atleast the index page ready in next 2 days. Design doesn't need to be very special, as i am short on time ; but doesn't need to be a rush job either.
