Looking again

Well, I am back looking for a designer to do a skin for me at http://jaxdoug.com
I am running vbportal/vbulletin.

The last guy told me no problem, but when he got the design done, he discovered it didnt work with vbportal.

I don't know if I am asking for too much, but I want a custome skin that will work with vbportal and vbulletin, not vbadvanced and vbulletin.

I am running 3.5.0 vbportal and 3.5.4 vbulletin.
