Well the worrying thing about their policy is the fact if you are selling anything which is transfered/delivered over the internet....you cannot claim a refund.
E.g a service, this is not covered under their buyer protection facility...so if you do pay someone for a service such as hosting, traffic, design or what not....all the seller has to do is confirm they delivered the service and you have no case.
Yep...this has happened to me.

I've had plenty luck with paypal, maybe I'm just lucky.
I ran into a problem on ebay, where I bought something and never got it, I contacted ebay, they couldn't do anything, contacted Paypal, they took care of it within like 3 days. I got my 13 dollars back (ok, only 13 dollars, but it was my 13 dollars).
I also have a paypal debit card. I've had nothing but luck with it.

I don't think PayPal actually sucks. Just think about it. When you purchase something on the internet from a merchant, lets say Walmart, and say for some reason you need a refund because your product was not delivered, you would not call Walmart's credit card processesing agency and complained about your refund. You simply will not be refunded this way. Instead, you would call the people, Walmart, that you buy your goods from. Get me! If the person you buy the goods or sevices from through Paypal don't want to give you a refund, well you are in a long cat fight if you haven't add a Paypal buyer protection during checkout.

I have a paypal debit card also. It's the s*** lol. Damn. I remember when I went to get gas and when I checked my PayPal accnt, it only charged $1.00 and said pending.. of course I didn't really get PayPal back then. So I went filled up the tank all the way a few times after that. Yeah.. and a week later they completed the charges
