It looks good but I think it should be geared more towards the adverts target. Currently it comes across as dull and cold, with the advert being related towards charity / giving i'd like to see a warmer set of colours used.

yeah, know what you mean bro. guess you'd have to see the place to get the actual vibe. it's all really rustic. every one in town knows what it is so i think they'd make the connection

Looks amazing, I love your style. Grunge-y, but the perfect amount.

It's pretty good, however I am not sure about your font use. You are using Sans Serifs on a "rustic" type ad. I would recommend using more Serif type fonts like the address one you did, to make it look more "rustic" (just be sure to chose one that is still readable and not overdone.)
Other than that I do think that instead of brown at the bottom you could use a dull red and a lighter blue that would get the point across, still go with the style you are looking for, and look more warm and happy and charitable.

i agree with all that. only reason that i used that font for the body bit of it was for readability. i wasnt sure exactly how it'd look that small printed on an 8 1/5"x11" sheet

That's exactly what I was going to say, that font looks a bit out of place. Everything else is great though, I really love it.
