tell me what i shoud improve, should i redesign it from scratch? i got a very negative feedback on a forum from my country but i do not believe that it iz that bad. please tell me whatever you like or dislike about it. it will help me very much.

I've seen so many worse hotel sites whilst designing www.ukguest.com. As far as hotel sites go this is actually one of the better ones

Don't really see the need for it to be in Flash though.

A couple of translation problems on the English version under 'rooms and rates':
suits should be suites
Prezidential should be Presidential

Contact details are a bit of a mess... space them out more and use a larger font size.

Oh and your image links don't work but I guess that's because you are still working on it.

The description text doesn't read very well but I guess the content isn't down to you?

Overall though I like the look and the colors go together pretty well.

The colors do blend well together but I find the site too dark. The navigation links at the top seem to be a little blurry so you might want to change those so they look a little crisper. Asides from that it's a fast loading site and it's an overall good looking site. Good luck with any revisions you make.
