Definitely have to sleep with two or more pillows, on my side, with one arm under the first pillow. I cannot go to sleep if I have only one pillow, my head needs elevation!

LOL I am so a side sleeper with one knee bended. It looks even more crazy in person though.
Kinda makes it hard sharing the bed with the BF, which is why I'm inclined to get a California King mattress soon :P
