[Looking For] Coding partner(s)

Hey, looking to increase my contact list of reliable and dedicated coders.

I cannot code myself and so I am always on the lookout to send work to reliable coders, I have a few coders whom I currently outsource too, but they sometimes are busy and so I am looking to expand my contact list.

I have a few jobs currently on the go and looking for coders, I get a lot of forum design work so the ability to code forum designs would be great (multiple forum software, but primarily VB)
