vBulletin 4 Skin Design Needed -- $500-700 Budget!

Hey all.

I have a budget of about $500-700 (will be less if I have to find one person to design the skin and another to code it) to redesign our forums located at http://www.maskedcrusader.com/. I am ideally looking for one individual or a company that can design the skin and code it up.

I would do the redesign myself, but between a full time job and full time school, that is not an option at this moment.

I am looking for two skins -- one that is light and one that is dark. They both need to be fluid.

Please note that this is just a forum skin design and no CMS work needs to be done.
