PHPDocumentor

I have installed PHPDocumentor successfully but I cannot generate documentation of test sample files included in the package.

Code:

phpdoc\tutorials\phpDocumentor\examples\

I've included the file and the output target but in the end, it returns

"ERROR: Nothing parsed".

1. I add the files to the 'files to parse'.
2. I click output.
3. Adds a target.
4. Clicks create button.

What step am I missing?

Works with command line interface through pear.
