Whats the lowest, average, and highest PR in the list?

Not sure, the PR are around 1-6. Im not going to go through each one. The point is once u submit to a directory, robots will crawl it and you will get backlinks.

I'm well aware of the point of submitting links to directories. However I don't want a list of 500 PR 1 directories; it would be a waist of money and hard drive space. I guess I'll pass then.

Actually, from just checking 20 random URLS, they were all PR3 and above.
