[Needed] CSS Image and Openads problem

I need someone that can fix a couple problems that I'm having...

1. CSS/Image problem - I'm trying to add a network bar on the top of a page but for some reason an image from the bottom of the page appears on top when I add the network bar causing it to not display properly. Can give you the site url if you are interested.

2. Openads (phpads) problem - I can't seem to get Openads to work properly on one of my sites. I can explain it in more detail if you are familar with Openads and want to help me with this.

Please contact me if you are interested in helping me with either of these problems. I'm not looking to spend more than $10 for each of them as they don't seem that major.
