ince dedicated IPs are expensive to have, especially if you own a lot of sites, it is much cheaper to host with multiple companies.
I don't think that 1$=1IP is pricey

First of all you won't find dedicated IPs for $1 a year. That price is usually calculated per month. Although sometimes they will give you $1 for the initial year you will be in a surprise after that if you have 20+ domains where you will have to pay at least $200 per year. I guess, who has great money making sites can afford that but beginners certainly can't.
