On behalf of just me, congratulations Gaz on the recognition of your increasing time and involvement in looking after this place and the very best of luck in your new role as 'community administrator'.

May I ask what changes are involved with this new role, viz. will you be doing anything different, new and/or exciting from your old moderator tasks?

I think one of the main tasks I have is to work closely with Artashes to revolutionise and reform talkfreelance. There are some great ideas floating about and the only thing holding us back from implementing them is the fact that we (quite rightly) want to take our time and do everything perfectly, rather than rushing in and doing it all haphazardly. I recognise that most of the work I have will be behind the scenes, but I accept that.
