Broken PMs

Couple of problems -

- I don't have permission to view my own PMs
- I can't find ANY way of sending PMs to other users

In particular there's a user I'm trying to contact, his MSN/Yahoo accounts seem to both be disabled, so I don't really know what's going on!

Incorrect, it is actually 10. Looking into having the faq changed.

There is a sticky at the top of this forum about user accounts no updating, if after 10 or 11 posts you don't get the permission, post there.
