[Needed] Article on PHP or RoR

Hello everyone. I've spent a few days redesigning the articles section at Devlounge to make it much more easier to find things. I currently can not launch the new setion because I need to have at least one article dealing with either PHP or Ruby on Rails. If anyone is willing to write an original article, (benefits of RoR, a RoR tutorial, comparring php to RoR, etc), a permanent "conributor" link will be placed in the post (similar to this contributed article: http://www.devlounge.net/articles/improving-content)
