[Seeking] Professional Designer

Hey everyone, just like my post in the programmer section, I am looking for a website designer that has true talent.

The designer should:

Minimum Requirements
- Have ATLEAST 1 year exp.
- Must speak english fluently
- MUST have samples of past work (atleast 2-3 sites minimum)
- Must be reliable and can be contacted via email AND instant messenger (and possibly phone)
- Accept PayPal or eMoneyGram payments
- Be available from time to time for further work and template changes (you'll be paid additional for these jobs)
- Must have atleast 3-4 references who I can speak with and who you've done work for in the past 6 months

I'll be looking to pay anywhere from $8-$15 an hour depending on how well your skills are and how fast you can work. Payments will be made on a 25% down, 25% MS2 and 50% remaining payment method.

I also recommend the designer be able to work with the coder(s) that I am going to hire to fit the template together into the site. I'll be managing the entire project from A to Z to make sure everything is done correctly.

By the way, an added benefit for working with me is that the website I need done is for my private mortgage business. What does this mean for you? Well simply, more money once I start generating deals. I'm talking possible higher pay (up to $3,000 a month) --- that turns out to be $750 a week. $18.75 an hour full time.

So like I said, I am looking for serious workers.
