comment buttons + navigation issue (1 post)

Hi with IE I cannot see the image layout for the button which one you need to press to comment. It's situated over here:

can anyone tell me how to fix this please.

Then there's also something else I would like to add an image on the bottom of each widgetized sidebar. How would I need to write this down in my css file
