CSS and IE rendering problem

Hello everyone,
I am lost... take a look at the project I am curently working on: http://vaidila.vdu.lt/~if050058/ almost everything works great, but ALMOST...as you can see on IE there is no white background on "text" div, and even if there is there are a big gap betwean top border and text without background color and borders...

Please take a look at the code and write the solution if you can...
