YouTube images

Hey guys, need some help with some integration with YouTube.com. You know when you look at YouTube's site, and you see a listing of all the video's...say for example on the home page there is the list of videos. You see an image of the video, and a plus sign in the bottom left (that might be only if you're logged in). Anyway I know how to embed the video, but showing a huge list of video's is slow. I'm trying to get the video's to show up on a page of results. If you can imagine a bunch of videos being amongst the images...as seen here: http://www.robinhoodfund.com/all-wishes/ then you might get an idea of what I'm trying to do.

Can't figure out how to get the youtube image to show up...it's like I need to tie into their API or something to fetch the image name and server that it's on.
