Old  [WIP] Clan Template: Reflex Gaming

Okay, this is still a work in progress but it's not all that far from being complete. Not for a client either, just using it for practise as it's my first Clan Template design in easily over a year!

Anyways, probably between 2-3 hours spent on this so far using Photoshop CS2.

Hmm, the banner, I know it's a bit 'plain and boring' but a much better one will be added once I get this sold, if anyone's interested, it's gonna go for $80 - $100 not coded.

Anyway, please leave your feedback!

Here's the design: http://www.joshgreenaway.com/forsale/reflexgamingv1/

Thanks in advance
Josh

Hey Josh, My suggestion to you is that the colors on the template such as the green nav and the colored text are very bland. If you added some contrast or brightened them up a bit it would come across much more defined.

Do something more interesting with the background perhaps a vertical gradient bar or a pattern.

And the gradients with the title's Login, lineup. Need to have a more interesting text bg and that gradient underneath it could use some spicing up.

Overall could use a bit of work and of course will look much better completed but not a bad start repost after your done and I will comment again. With clantemplates you have to try not to be very generic and more unique so feel free to go a little crazy with the design I'm sure it would sell much faster that way.

Thanks for the feedback!

Especially Dave, very detailed. I'll take all that into account and see what I can come up with!

Looks too much like every other gaming layout.

Your selection for image do not mix very well with the layout's colors. May want to try to made them mesh better or at least increase their contrast to be opposite of the other colors.
