I have problem with Dreamweaver

Please, help!
When I saving a file, Dreamweaver save it in utf-8 encoding. What preferences I should change to save files in what encoding I want?

Hire a coder, or enter it in yourself....

In Dreamweaver go to Edit -> Preferences -> New Document -> Default Encoding
