Description:
The 360 Report is an Xbox 360 fansite started by a friend of mine, with some help from myself. We both put an incredible amount of effort into all parts of the site, but unfortunately he simply don't have time to operate it anymore. Up until we stopped posting content mid-december, we were experiencing tremendous growth. The site has huge potential, and I'm looking for someone who is interested in taking the site farther than we ever could.

What I'm really selling here, is the site itself more than the revenue. Included is a high quality design made by Qubit Designs (www.qubitdesigns.com), a heavily modified backend of Cigmas Advanced CMS (www.cigmas.com), and a custom message board theme for Invision Power Board. The design alone is worth at least $300. Additionally, the site's database already contains dozens of games and quite a few articles and editorials. The site itself only operated at full potential (regularly adding content) for about a month and a half, but it had been sitting there for about 6 or 7 months.

As mentioned earlier, adsense income averaged about ~$1/day, which does not seem like much, but we were definitely growing. Also, due to the popularity of the Xbox 360, we receive a decent amount of traffic from google without posting any new content.

Someone interested in operating the site must be willing to either write content or find volunteer staff to write content in order to make the site successful. Managing the site can be as little or as much work as you want. Simply put, it's the content that drives the traffic, so if you are able to publish good articles, the site will do well.

If anyone is interested in an Xbox 360 site, this is a really good way to just pick up and go because everything is already set up for you.

Please do not flame, or otherwise criticize myself or the website, it only hurts the integrity of the sale and is extremely unfair to me. Only bid if you interested, and feel free to ask any questions.

Price (or starting bid): $400

Is an auction?: Yes

Bin: $1200

Google page rank: n/a

Auction Ends: 2/01/06 5:00pm Eastern Time

I would like to mention that I am selling this site on a friends behalf incase there's any confusion in the future.

Also, if you have any questions try and post it here rather then a PM.

Thanks,
David
