Old  Small Content Site Network w/Revenue!

Sites will be sold as a package - I'm not interested in selling individually, so don't ask!

Network Sites:

http://www.robzombie.us
http://www.themythbusters.org
http://www.dirty-jobs.net
http://www.deadliest-catch.net
http://www.persona3.com
http://www.callofduty3.org

Proof:

Proof of revenue, traffic stats, and search traffic can be viewed here:

http://www.pwstudios.com/forsale/

The referral stats are messed up due to the fact that I am using a iPower shared hosting package and hosting all of these sites using domain pointing. That basically means that there is one central traffic tracker that can't distinguish between sites and also counts every hit to one of the hosted sites as "referral." However, the traffic trends shown I think shows that the traffic is entirely organic and consistant.

Note: These numers are cumulative of all sites in the network.

Revenue:

Adsense: ~$50/mo
CJ: ~$65/mo

Total: ~$110/mo

You can see how the revenue has been slowly building up since this network was launched in late June. The sites are optimized to target people looking to purchase merchandise over the casual browser, which is why the CJ income is higher than Adsense (almost entirely from DVD sales).

Note: These numers are cumulative of all sites in the network.

Description:

This is a small, but very consistant income generating network of sites. They began as an SEO experiment and were very successful being that they were my first sites ever created for the sole purpose of targetting ads and buyers. Some sites generate more revenue than others, but they all earn something. The highest earner is Dirty-Jobs.net, and the lowest is Persona3.com (partly because the game won't be released in the US for another year or two). All sites are very small, so although it may seem like there are a lot of sites here for the amount of revenue they're generating, if you add them all together into one site it would still be considered a very small website.

Since the question always comes up, "why are you selling if it's making money?", I'll go ahead and answer it. Although there are tons of people making livings off of running a large network of small sites, that's not my goal. I'm currently putting a lot of money into a very big startup and would like to have more funds to go to that rather than continuing to work on these small sites.

Traffic:

I have never advertised these sites aside from links in my signature in a couple forums I post on to get them indexed. Once they were indexed, search engine traffic took over. Right now almost all of the SE traffic comes from MSN and Yahoo thanks to Google's sandbox. But it shouldn't be all that long before they get out of the sandbox. That being said, this network is consistantly making money with very few click-throughs from Google - imagine the boost in revenue once they get out of the sandbox.

These sites are very well optimized for their respective keywords. I spent a lot of time researching the market and optimizing for the top words. I should also note that these sites are receiving VERY LITTLE traffic yet still managing to bring in over $100 per month in income. The eCPM on these sites are fantastic.

Price:

Starting Bid: $600
Buy it Now: $1300

Bid Increments: $50

Payment & Contact Info:

I prefer payment via Paypal - I have a good record with Paypal and have made multiple successful transactions on DP, SitePoint, and Namepros. If you can't do Paypal, I'll be willing to use Escrow.

You can contact me by responding here, sending me a PM, or adding me to MSN: pwstudios@hotmail.com.

I know this is long, but please take the time to read it all. I made it long because I hate answering the same questions a dozen times via PM.
