Yeah, the original plan was just a "rough draft" so to speak. It wasn't set it in stone per se. When after starting the reorganization, we basically had to figure it all out again and accordingly. So everything was put into place nicely, or, in a fairly nice "organizational scheme". (If that makes sense, I'm not sure, I just woke up. Haha.)
