I think the content area is way to small...

You should have stated this in the first post.

First off... The colors you have chosen are not very appealing. So first, I would try a few different color variations.

Second. I would try to make things bigger. The content area is way to small, as I stated in my previous post.

Also, I would take off the scanlines in the content area.

Nice job for your first layout. The content area is indeed small, but I guess it is meant to be that small because you already planned how to place the content so it doesn't seem packed. You should also probably make the "Proxy Designs" more solid so it's more visible. Or probably if you make it the same style as the background image so it looks friendly to it's environment... if that makes sense.

If i don't make sense, it's probably because I'm rushing to type this while i do homework heh.

Needs more detials. At the moment the colour is just to monot and basic squares. Also not liking the scan lines.
