My name is Anmar Samir, 15 years, Living in Romania (Bucharest). I am a professional web designer & bulletin board designer. I can make .PSD web-templates and probably get a friend to perfectly code them if need and all for a small fee, I also can make IPB skins (any version), make them look great at the lowest price on the internet! I only charge from 25$ to 40$ USD for templates designs (2 Pages) and I charge a fix price of 25$ USD for IPB Skins.
