You are trying to stay away from the "noobish" content boxes and things like that, that you see on other sites and people dont like. But when you jsut have white spaces with a font in there, it doesnt show anything. And when you have just a plain, simple navigation it makes it boring. Those templates dont show me anything, and seem like not too much effot was put into it.
