image gallery script?

hey guys im looking for a image gallery script that has some of these features:

user upload
admin image approval
image comments
image title
image discription
user rate images
display most popular images
display newest images
browse images

does anyone know of a script with that stuff? and also if not anyone have any idea on how much it would cost to have a script like that writen?

It will take some editing and scripting on your part but you can get the uploader and the gallery from http://celerondude.com/page_php. It will take work but those are excellent scripts!
