Simply Freelance
This is a brand new community I launched just minutes ago. I would like your input on the overall look of it and how I did coding it.

Looks good, a bit bright but workable, maybe changing up the background so the grey and the orange come up better..

Yikes on the eyes. Your target audience is largely designers, no? You need something eye apealing or atleast rather unique.

and a little tip. Cut down on the amount of subforums as the forum will appear empty even though some subforums might be pretty active. Then increase it when your get more users.

I don't think it's too bad... Probably because orange is my favorite color.
However, apart from design, what do you know about freelance? I think you should have a bit more experience in the business before you can administrate a forum about it. It's like me starting an auto forum a day after buying my first car.
