SenseHost Down?!?!?

When will people learn, honestly. I've been with MT for about 6 months now, never had a single problem, always been notified of any downtime (once for 3 hours).

I don't know why people choose to go with a small host that's ran on one or two rented servers and probably from a bedroom, you just ask for trouble. You may get good support at first through IM or whatever but the only reason why they can offer this is because they've got a tiny user base.

The above isn't soley aimed at SenseHost, it stemmed from the constant flow of threads stating 'xxxxxxxhost is down' etc etc etc.

I find with smaller hosts you get better support. Larger companies are just bothered about sales, once they've reeled you in they aren't so bothered. That's one reason I go with smaller companies; because they have a smaller user base and are willing to do their bests to keep them happy and provide a good service.
